Sudoku Expert
Veteran number-grid fans will find sparse boards here. Sudoku Expert uses 9x9 layouts with expert difficulty at the front, leaving very few digits in place before the round begins. Easier boards are also available for anyone learning the format, with many cells already filled from the first move. Across all 9x9 puzzles, row duplicates are banned. Column repeats are banned, too. The same rule applies inside every 3x3 box. One valid arrangement exists on each board, and expert sets leave far more possible placements to sort through before the pattern locks into place.
How to play?
Place digits from 1 to 9 into the empty cells, checking every new number against its row, column, and 3x3 section. Expert rounds begin with the smallest amount of given numbers, which leaves more candidate positions to test during the solve. Work through the grid at your own pace because no timer limits the session. A free hint is available whenever a section stalls, and the supply never runs out. Auto-check can also be switched on to verify entries during play. Leave both tools off if you want the board solved without assistance.
