Grow Empire: Rome

In Grow Empire: Rome, you command Julius Caesar at the early stage of the Roman Republic, turning a small city into a strong empire through war and expansion. Enemies from Italy, Gaul, and Carthage march on your borders, so every upgrade, conquest, and defense choice directly affects how far Rome grows. Grow your Roman power slowly but steadily by training basic peasants into soldiers, unlocking tougher legion units, and investing in siege weapons for later invasions. As your empire grows, captured cities become colonies that send extra resources to support new troops and stronger defenses.

How to play?

Start battles by placing units from the panel in the bottom-left corner, where the strategy game interface shows all currently available Roman soldiers. Send melee fighters to block enemy waves, then support them with archers and siege weapons to break dense enemy groups. In this tower defense style, enemies follow fixed attack lanes, so position your units where they intercept them early.

Build and upgrade defensive structures, such as archer towers on the walls, to thin out enemy armies before they reach your gate. Spend coins earned from victories to improve unit stats like attack and durability, making basic troops more reliable in long battles. Use experience points on Caesar's skills, choosing abilities that either damage large groups or help your defenders hold the line longer.

During battles, press the speed button if you want fights to resolve faster without changing any outcome rules. When you crush an enemy army, push forward to capture their city and add it as a new Roman colony. Keep upgrading your legions, siege weapons, and walls, and watch Rome shift from a vulnerable town into a stable empire that can resist constant attacks.
