Shards

Shards gives the old brick-breaker formula a glass-heavy makeover. Pick one of three ball speeds before the first round: slow, medium, or fast. Slow mode fits new players who want to chase gold stars without rushing. Across the board, steel balls smash stained glass blocks into sharp fragments. Later stages crowd the field with extra barriers and moving hazards, including glass spheres and spiked balls.

How to play?

Slide the paddle along the bottom edge and meet the falling ball with the center or side. Change the rebound angle with your paddle position, then send the shot back into the block layout. Catch bonus drops before they pass the paddle. Grab loose balls quickly when several are in play. Miss a return, then the ball falls off the screen and you lose that try.
