Sons of Guns

At first glance, the game “Sons of Guns” seems simple: you assemble a squad of five heroes and send them into battle against pig bosses and their minions. In reality, however, you’ll have to constantly think about how best to level up your team, since this determines whether your fighters will survive against the next enemy. All five heroes move across the map together and fire automatically, so battles play out almost on their own—but you’ll have to figure out your tactics and gear on your own.

How to Play?

The controls are extremely simple—guide your squad across the map while dodging enemy attacks; no additional button presses are required. If you want to check out the shop, press any button, and the game will pause. At first, your fighters have standard weapons, but you can sell them to buy something more powerful—and while you’re at it, purchase armor, speed boosts, and other upgrades by dragging them directly into your heroes’ slots. To sell a piece of gear, simply tap and drag the item into the shop, where you’ll find all available items. Each fighter has only two slots, so you’ll have to choose what’s most important for them. You can name each hero and change their appearance—new skins unlock as you accumulate a certain amount of coins. Before facing the boss, you’ll have to survive an onslaught of little piglets and other enemies; a timer in the upper-right corner of the screen shows how much time is left until the boss appears. If a member of your squad dies, you can revive them: to do this, pause the game and press the corresponding button directly above the fallen hero.
