"Obby: Battle on the Keyboard" is a territorial competition where computer keys become the playing field, and every time you step outside your zone, it could either bring you a big reward or cost you the victory. Start with a small area and gradually expand your territory. Venture out onto open ground, leave a colored trail, and return to capture the entire area within the closed route. But be careful. While you’re drawing the trail, it remains vulnerable. If an opponent crosses it before you can return, your attempt will fail.

Here, you can not only expand your own territory but also interfere with other players’ plans. Cut off other players’ trails, seize sections of the field, and look for moments when an opponent has strayed too far from their safe zone. Collecting letters, forming words, and using power-ups—including bombs—unlock additional capabilities. You’ll earn rewards for successful actions, which help you develop your starting zone. The main goal of each round is to capture 10,000 keys before anyone else. To win, you’ll need to combine caution with cunning. Too-short forays slow down your capture, while overly long routes give your opponents a chance to ruin your plans.

How to Play?

Start from your own colored territory. To capture new keys, venture beyond its borders and move across the board, leaving a trail behind you. Then return to your zone and close the route. All keys within the resulting area will come under your control. The better your route, the more territory you can claim in a single move. However, don’t try to capture a huge area right away. The longer your open trail, the more time your opponents have to reach it. Start with small areas, get the hang of the mechanics, and expand your territory when the right opportunity arises. Keep an eye on your opponents’ movements and don’t leave your trail unprotected. If an opponent sets out to capture territory, try to cut off their route before they have a chance to return to a safe zone. You can also attack other players’ territories and gradually claim more keys for yourself. Along the way, collect letters in the specified sequence to form words and earn rewards. Use bombs and other available power-ups at the right moment, especially when you need to quickly turn the tide of battle. Invest the resources you earn into upgrading your starting zone. Constantly assess the size of your territory, choose the most advantageous directions for expansion, and keep an eye on your opponents’ progress. The first player to capture 10,000 keys wins, so every route you take should bring you closer to that goal.
