Free Rally: Vice

Free Rally: Vice is a multiplayer mod of the Free Rally series set in the legendary Vice City map from GTA. A massive city with a port, waterfronts, streets, and distinct districts is open for complete freedom of action without any rules or missions. Unlike the first games, this one features a third-person view and lets you get out of your car and run on foot. You can hop into any car you like right on the street—just catch up to it, get out of your own car, and switch over. The map features garages for car repairs and special locations for calling a helicopter. A total of 14 vehicles are available: cars, a truck, a bus, a tractor, a forklift, and an excavator—all free and without restrictions; you can switch vehicles at any time. Some vehicles are equipped with rockets. The built-in chat lets you communicate with other players in real time. The game is similar to GTA, but without weapons—instead, you have complete freedom to move around a large, familiar map with different districts.

How to play?

Choose your character’s gender and your first vehicle, then join a game room. Drive through the streets, waterfronts, and port areas; ram into other players; switch to other people’s vehicles; launch rockets; and run on foot. Stop by garages for repairs and call a helicopter at special points on the map. Chat with others and do whatever you want in this free online world with no rules.
