My Little Pony: Twilight Gives Birth

Princess Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony is in the hospital, ready to have her first baby pony delivered by C-section. The scene shows Twilight on the bed and the tiny foal waiting to be safely brought out by the doctor. As the player, you act like the pony doctor and handle the whole delivery process from start to finish. Different medical tools appear on the table near the pony and highlight when they are needed. First, follow the order the game shows and tap each tool to prepare Twilight for surgery. Then perform the C-section, clean the newborn pony, and help it breathe normally. The baby pony goes on the scale so its weight gets recorded, just like at a real maternity ward.

How to play?

Use the mouse to pick tools, tap on the screen marks, and complete every pony game action. When the foal is wrapped in a diaper and given back to Twilight Sparkle, the birth scene is finished.
