The hard prep work is already done, and trays of chopped toppings sit ready on plates. The trial comes from memory and speed, because the chef assembles a pizza first and waits to see whether the newcomer can match it closely enough to prove he belongs behind the counter.

How to play?

Watch the chef's pizza, then pick the same prepared ingredients without mixing in the wrong toppings. From the ingredient area, choose finished pieces in the right combination before the secret timer runs too long. If your pizza matches the chef's order closely, you'll stay in the kitchen for the next test. A slow pick or a bad match gets you marked unfit for pizza duty.
