Kaban Racetrack
Once upon a time, a wild boar with the simple name of Boar lived on Trevor’s small farm—the farmer had raised him from a tiny piglet and had grown quite attached, even though the pet wasn’t much use, except that Boar had an impressive appetite, which is why he grew up to be big and strong. When business on the farm took a turn for the worse, Trevor was already planning to sell his beloved pet, but then he suddenly came across an announcement for a contest with a generous prize. Deciding this was their only chance, the farmer told his friend John—who ran a small shop in the village—about the idea, and John happily agreed to help with the training—and that’s how the little boar’s training for the game “Kaban Racetrack” began.
How to play?
The main goal is to complete as many laps as possible on all tracks, while the running speed constantly increases from the very start of the race. The reward for the race depends directly on the number of laps completed, and the points you earn can be spent on upgrades that will come in handy on the track. The little boar also has a limited number of lives, so try to avoid all obstacles—if you lose all your lives, you’ll fail the level. Colliding with an obstacle not only costs you a life but also significantly slows you down, reducing your speed. Access to the next track is unlocked only after you finish in a prize-winning position on the current one. It’s worth memorizing the layout of the obstacles in advance—this will make each subsequent lap noticeably easier—and the ramps help you clear many obstacles with a single jump. Keep a close eye on the lap time: once it runs out, the race will stop. At the start of each race, you’re given a certain amount of time—enough for one lap of the track—and after completing it, extra time is added, repeating this pattern on each subsequent lap. A lap is considered complete as soon as you cross the finish line. After the race, you can visit the shop and spend your earned points on upgrades: regeneration, a speed boost, armor, or a jetpack. With each level, the laps get longer, but there’s still enough time to complete them. Complete the entire ten-level track and prove to Trever that a little pig is not a useless animal at all.
