Fourtris Saving Pigs
The family of pigs in "Fourtris Saving Pigs" finds itself in real trouble—they’re standing on a platform that’s slowly but surely rising toward the spikes protruding from above. The pigs can’t get down on their own, and if you don’t do anything, it’ll end badly. You can only save them with logic and quick thinking, since the game is based on mechanics familiar to everyone from Tetris, but with its own set of rules.
How to play?
Here, the blocks don’t appear as shapes of different forms, as in classic Tetris, but as a square made up of four cubes of different colors. Your task is to swap these cubes around, forming lines or rows of three or more cubes of the same color so that they disappear from the board. With each successful combination, the platform with the pigs lowers slightly, moving away from the dangerous spikes. As soon as the pigs reach the very bottom and escape the platform, the next level unlocks, and the mission continues from where you left off—the game board itself is not cleared. There are no special power-ups or hints for destroying the blocks in the game; you have to rely solely on your own wits. The game ends if the pigs touch the spikes at the top or if the blocks fill the screen all the way to the top.
