Sneaky Secret Santa

Christmas Eve leaves no room for noise. In Sneaky Secret Santa, Santa slips down the chimney after the children fall asleep, and the whole surprise depends on staying out of sight until the room is dressed for the holiday. Presents need a place under the tree. Decorations need to go up before anyone sits up in bed and catches a glimpse of the visitor.

How to play?

Place the decorations around the room, then move the gifts under the tree before time runs out. Work fast during the quiet moments. If a child wakes and begins to stir, stop immediately and wait for sleep to return. Resume the decorating once the room settles down, finishing the holiday setup without getting spotted.
