How to play?

Buy couches with your first cash and place the conveyor equipment for baby care. Pregnant moms arrive once the ward is ready. Approach each woman, deliver the baby, carry the newborn to the crib, then set the baby on the moving belt so the mother can pick up the child. A line forms fast if anyone waits too long. Money from completed service pays for more furniture, extra equipment, upgrades, and hired helpers. More progress unlocks work in the nursery group at daycare. Walk with the children there and answer their requests before their parents come to take them home.
