Merge Tycoon

«Merge Tycoon» is a merge puzzle where you build a real estate empire by combining houses. You unpack boxes with starter homes, merge identical buildings, and get higher level properties. Each house on the board brings passive income, and the higher its level, the more money goes into your piggy bank. Progress is tied to levels. At the top of the screen, a progress bar shows your current level and your goal, how many houses you need to reveal to move to the next stage. With each new level, extra slots for buildings unlock.

How to play?

Click the boxes on the field to open them. Each box contains a level one house. When you have two matching buildings, drag one onto the other. They merge into a higher level property with a new look and better profit. Keep an eye on the bar at the top of the screen. It shows how many houses you still need to open to reach the next level. Complete tasks to unlock new slots for placing buildings. If the regular boxes do not give you the house you want, open the store and buy that specific building. Place properties with a plan, merge them often, and watch your passive income grow. Unlock every type of building and become a real estate tycoon in this merge game.
