Mahjong Birds

Deep forest glades glow with feathered magic. In Mahjong Birds, phoenixes, firebirds, bluebirds, parrots, larks, and canaries have been trapped by a wicked sorceress, flattened into bird drawings on mahjong tiles, and stacked in tidy pyramids. Their songs are gone from the woods. Fifty rounds stand between the spell and the flock’s return, with each completed board bringing the birds back to their forest home.

How to play?

Pick matching bird tiles under a rule that changes the usual mahjong pattern. Clicking identical images begins the pair search, but the move only works when both tiles can be shifted into a face-to-face position. Score rises with every linked pair. A timer runs through each board, and no hints appear at any point. Faster clearing brings in more points by the end of the round.
