Klondike: Hard Mode

A tighter tableau changes the rhythm of solitaire in Klondike: Hard Mode. Seven columns sit on the board from the first deal, and everyone begins with three visible cards for 21 cards in play before the stock joins in. The usual triangular spread from standard Klondike is gone. Stock cards wait in the upper-left pile, and the tougher setup asks for patience before drawing more into the tableau.

How to play?

Drag a card onto a higher-ranked card of the opposite color. Use the 52-card deck to build moves across the seven columns, watching the stock carefully before adding more pressure to the layout. A click on the deck sends one new card to each column. Pulling from the stock too early can choke off useful plays already on the board. Read the current arrangement first, then use the dealt cards as far as they go.
