In Mr. Bean Kissing, you only score while his mind sticks to his favorite teddy bear, not to what actually happens near his face. Watch his fantasy bar on the screen. It shows how deep he is in daydreams. Once it starts shrinking, he slowly returns to reality, and any active kissing at that moment risks getting caught.

How to play?

Press and hold to let the lady kiss Mr. Bean while the fantasy indicator stays full. Release the button as soon as the bar fades, then wait for it to refill. If you keep kissing after the indicator drops and Mr. Bean notices, the round ends immediately and you lose all progress.
