Cashchubbies Island Tycoon

Cashchubbies Island Tycoon is a laid-back island game about building a tropical resort. You arrive on a deserted island with big plans and start developing it from scratch. There are no timers or stress, just a cozy vibe, a bright cartoon style, and the slow change of a bare patch of land into a full-on paradise. A big house, a beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, palm trees along the shore, a pier, decorations, even dinosaurs: you can buy and place all of these on the island, and every item you buy starts generating passive income. Resort progress is shown as a percentage from zero to one hundred, and watching the island come to life is satisfying on its own.

One hundred stars are scattered around the island; collecting them upgrades your character and the ATM. A leveled-up character runs faster, jumps higher, and unlocks a double jump to reach secret areas. The island also has a parkour tower, a dance floor where you can earn money, and a giant beach cat, so there’s something unexpected around every corner. You can customize your character with unique skins, and vehicles unlock to help you move around the island.

How to play?

First, set up an ATM. It immediately starts generating money passively, even when you’re not in the game. When you come back after a break, you’ll see that the resort has already racked up a solid amount while you were away. From there, arrows on the island guide you, so it’s hard to get lost. If you have enough money for a purchase, the button glows green; if you don’t, it glows red. Build the house piece by piece, buy furniture and decor, plant palm trees, and set up the beach.

To top up your balance, go to the ATM. Three bonuses are available there: double money, bonus cash, and automatic withdrawal. Complete island development tasks to earn extra money. Collect stars, level up your character, and push the resort to 100% completion so vacationers from all over the world will want to come to your island.
