Y8 City Tycoon

Y8 City Tycoon is an idle city-building clicker about growing a city from an empty lot. The core of the city is the farm: it supplies food, housing, and passive income. Without a strong farming base, the city will not survive. Build, expand, and keep order, because sometimes a virus breaks out in the city.

How to play?

Your starting money covers the first purchases. Buy a farm and upgrade it right away so the population grows and the city starts earning money on its own. After that, the game tells you what to build next as the city grows: supermarkets, schools, hospitals, police stations, and residential buildings appear one after another. Each new building brings in new residents and more income. Do not ignore older buildings. Upgrade everything you have already built, since this is more profitable than only chasing new construction. When a virus outbreak appears on the screen, stop everything and clear it immediately, because every second of delay costs citizens' lives. Plan your build, upgrade buildings across the whole city, and turn it into a place no one wants to leave.
