There are no sudden jump scares here; instead, the tension comes from dark corridors, eerie sounds, and the feeling that the truth you uncover might not be what you expected at all. In the game, you’ll need to explore the rooms, collect items, and investigate every part of the hospital.

How to Play?

Search the wards, hallways, offices, and other accessible rooms. Click on cabinets, tables, drawers, and suspicious details to find keys, maps, notes, and useful tools. Collected items go into your inventory. Later, you can use them on suitable doors, locks, or devices. Examine documents and cross-reference information from different locations. A ward number, a patient’s transfer date, or a brief note in the archives might be part of a code. If a path is blocked, return to wards you’ve already explored and check whether an item that previously seemed useless now makes sense. Continue your escape from the hospital, gather clues, and piece together Patient 13’s story until you understand who you are and what happened in this place.
