Sugar Ghouls is a Halloween platformer where Ghost Boy heads out on another nightly candy hunt. This time he has a special goal, to find the legendary ghost candy bar everyone in town is talking about. Rumor has it that it is hidden in an old house on the edge of the city, where candy obsessed monsters live and love to hunt curious visitors. The house looks strange, and behind its walls it feels like there is another dimension full of traps and bright mirages. With every step you take, the forest, houses, and bridges glow brighter, and the music shifts to match your pace. The soundtrack has a classic 90s game vibe that makes it feel like you are back at your old console.

How to play?

Control the ghostly hero, run through the levels, jump over pits, and dodge enemies. On your way you will run into goblins, slugs, and glowing pumpkins that throw fireballs. Sometimes you will need to think ahead and use platforms to get around traps or time your jumps to grab candy in midair. Every sweet bonus you collect brings you closer to the legendary candy bar. If you fall, you have to start over because checkpoints are rare here, and that is exactly what makes the game challenging and engaging. Reach the end, grab every piece of candy, and show that even ghosts can go trick or treating.
