Strategy and management shape every block under your watch as the crowds arrive for a Halloween outing.

How to play?

Build houses, then add landmarks like a pumpkin patch or a ghost forest to draw more guests into town. Hire witches and ghosts to help with daily growth, and use the money earned from rising visitor numbers to expand buildings for higher income. During expansion, creepy creatures lurk in the shadows, and the city needs protection while new problems and obstacles test each decision.
