Before each session, check the client's health status using in-game tools. Select a design. Use the tattoo machine to trace the outline as shown. Add colors to match the reference image. Each client asks for four tattoos, so plan their order and placement. The game includes elements of girls' games. Players can test their creativity in a safe, virtual environment. Controls are simple. Drag tools to the right spot. Tap to switch colors. Follow on-screen prompts. Mistakes can be fixed before moving to the next tattoo. This allows easy corrections. How to play?

Pick your first client. Start by running the health check. Select a tattoo design from the available options. Drag the tattoo machine to trace the stencil on the skin. Fill in the design with colors, following the guide. Complete all four tattoos for the client to finish the session. If you miss an area, select the tool again and fix it. New tattoo patterns appear as you complete more sessions. Experiment with color combinations to make each look distinct.
