Knit Bears

In the game Knit Bears, you knit teddy bears from yarn. There are several bear blanks on the screen, some with outlines, others blocked. At the bottom are balls of yarn in different colors. Your task is to select a bear, place it in the center cell, and then the appropriate balls of yarn will automatically begin to wrap around it. Each bear needs three strands of yarn to be completely knitted. If the center becomes clogged with unfinished bears that cannot be completed due to a lack of yarn, the game is over.

How to play

Click on a bear outline from the available blanks. Drag it to the center cell on the field. Once you place it, the balls of yarn at the bottom will automatically start wrapping the bear in the appropriate color. Look at the balls of yarn you have at the bottom and choose a bear that can be finished with these colors. If you place a bear for which there is no suitable yarn, it will get stuck unfinished and take up space. Plan ahead: which bear to place next so as not to block the center. Bears without outlines are not yet available; they will be unlocked after you finish knitting the others. The bear knitting puzzle requires you to think a couple of moves ahead so you don't get stuck with a bunch of unfinished bears and empty balls of yarn.
