Grab a lab coat and outrun a citywide mucus outbreak in Operation Ouch Snot Apocalypse. Pick Dr. Chris or Dr. Xand, then choose whether to flee through the park or the hospital. Sick residents shamble across the route with streaming noses, and a wall of green goo creeps in from behind. Miss your pace, and the slime swallows the screen.

The chase mixes endless runner action with gross-out medical humor. One route gives you hospital pickups that change the run for a moment. Another throws more street clutter in your path. Crashes don't always end the attempt right away. Some collisions drop you into quick treatment scenes, where you patch up the damage and get moving again.

How to play?

Watch the lane ahead and shift your doctor around obstacles before they block the path. Stay near gaps when the goo closes in. In the hospital route, grab an ambulance for brief protection. Hit a ladder to skip part of the distance. When a treatment task appears, read the wound fast and use the right tool on the marked spot. Drag stitches across a cut, pull out cactus spines, or press ice onto swelling. Finish the mini-game cleanly, then jump back into the escape.
