Friday Night Funkin Vs. Hex drops Boyfriend back on stage against fan-favorite villains and a new robot musician who takes rhythm seriously. Weeks line up like a full FNF concert run, so every round throws a different singer at the mic while Girlfriend watches from the speakers. Story mode sends Boyfriend into classic showdowns with Daddy Dearest, Mommy Mearest, Lemon Demon, Senpai, and Annie before and around the battles with Hex. How to play?

Pick Story mode to move through full weeks, or jump into Free Play to pick single songs. Follow the arrow notes exactly as they slide up and match them to Boyfriend's vocals. Keep the cursor off the background arrows, since hitting anything off-pattern fills your side of the health bar with misses. Watch Hex's note patterns closely and mirror the combinations at the right timing to stay in the green. Switch between Normal and Hard in Free Play if the chart feels too slow or too fast.
