Penalty Power 2021
Pick a Cartoon Network striker and goalkeeper, put them on the same squad, and jump straight into a world penalty shootout championship. Penalty Power 2021 keeps the focus on fast penalty kicks and clutch saves, not long football matches. You face national teams across several countries, with every game locked into short rounds that feel quick but still leave room for tight scores. Each round splits into two clear halves. First, you control the shooter and take penalty shots against the rival keeper. A countdown timer runs, so fire off as many accurate soccer shots as you can before it hits zero. Curve the ball, change corners, and vary the power so the goalkeeper does not read your routine.
How to play?
Start by choosing your favorite Cartoon Network character as a striker, then lock in a goalkeeper for your football team. Use your mouse or finger to aim penalty kicks, then drag or hold to set shot strength before you release. When the shooting phase ends, the match flips, and you switch into goalie mode.
Control your Cartoon Network keeper to block incoming soccer balls and protect your score. If you finish a match with more goals than your opponent, your team advances to the next round of the World Penalty Shootout Tournament. Win enough football games in a row, and your squad lifts the Penalty Power 2021 trophy. Load up a new bracket, try different strikers and goalkeeper combos, and see how far your Cartoon Network football team can climb.
