Krystine and the Children in Chains
Krystine and the Children in Chains begins after a quiet afternoon breaks apart. A child's scream cuts through the yard. Strange humanlike monsters seize Krystine's little brother, while her grandfather stiffens into stone. Krystine stays out of sight behind a fallen trunk, then trails the creatures to their castle.
Inside, she moves through rooms filled with unsettling figures, locked passages, and puzzle seals set beneath door handles. Some barriers need a key. Others need a riddle solved first. Krystine can speak with certain inhabitants without trouble, but monsters force her to stay out of their path while she searches for her brother.
How to play?
Scan each room from wall to wall, then click anything that looks movable, useful, or out of place. Pick up objects into your inventory. Press on doors, drawers, and strange devices to test what reacts. When you reach a sealed passage, inspect the mechanism under the handle. Rearrange symbols, press parts in the right order, or use a found object from your inventory. Move through newly unlocked areas and check how one room connects to the next. Watch creature positions before crossing exposed spots. Krystine hides on her own when danger gets close. Use that pause to study the room, spot the next interactive object, and continue deeper into the castle.
