The blackout puzzles in Black Light Escape 2 trap you inside a sealed room lit by clues that normal sight won't catch. Snap batteries into a UV flashlight, sweep the walls, and pick out coded marks that only appear under violet light. One early lock uses a color rule tied to the letters G and Y. Set the matching buttons to green and yellow, then bring power back to the room and uncover more places to search.

Your escape depends on reading the room the right way. Check storage spots, inspect anything thrown aside, and pull usable parts from ordinary junk. A short repair near the bench reveals one key item. Another power cell waits for a device you'll uncover later. The room doesn't hand you a straight path. It gives you fragments, ciphers, and objects that only make sense after a closer look.

How to play?

Move the cursor across shelves, furniture, and wall panels to spot anything that reacts. Click once to collect an object, then test it on nearby surfaces or mechanisms. Watch for places that accept a repair piece or a battery. Drag the right object from your inventory, place it carefully, and check what becomes reachable.

Read symbols under the black light before touching a keypad or button panel. Wrong input stalls progress, while a correct sequence powers devices or reveals the next lock. Recheck the room after every solved puzzle. Fresh light, restored power, or an activated machine can expose a compartment you couldn't use earlier.
