Searching for the Elephant

The bear and the elephant were true friends, and the night before, they spent the evening as usual—sipping tea and then going to bed. But in the dead of night, the elephant vanished without a trace, and now the bear must set out to find him. In the game “Searching for the Elephant,” an adventure awaits you, filled with puzzles and mini-games, where you’ll have to help other characters overcome their troubles along the way.

How to play?

Controls are entirely mouse-based. In each scene, you need to fix whatever is broken or remove an obstacle preventing the bear from moving forward by clicking in the right place at the right time. For example, in the first scene, you need to help the bear get out of the house. To do this, you’ll need to find something like a key to unlock the door—look inside the closet, grab the corkscrew, and take it to the door. The bear will let you know that this isn’t enough, so you’ll need to press the light switch to make the fan fall down. Only then will the door give way, and the bear will be able to leave the room. The game gets by almost entirely without words: the bear communicates silently with the cute characters, while you manipulate objects, solve puzzles, and use the items you find. In each scene, a wide variety of animals will need your help, so click on everything in sight and look for what might work. Step by step, you’ll make your way to the elephant and finally find out why he disappeared.
