How to play?

The ambulance responds to steering right away, so line up with gaps in traffic and stay out of other cars. Follow the road marker, reach the pickup spot, then head for the hospital without wasting seconds. The infection bar in the corner shows how much time the passenger has left. Watch that gauge during the drive. If it fills before you arrive, the run ends with the patient dying inside the vehicle. Take cleaner routes when the street gets crowded. A quick detour can beat getting stuck behind a line of cars.
