Inside the hospital, a girl arrives in serious trouble. Little Brain Doctor puts Dr. Igor at her side, working ahead of Frank, his twin brother, who is still learning brain surgery. The case doesn't stop at treatment. Igor handles the operation and the makeover himself. Frank stays close, making the rescue a secret job before the real procedure begins.

How to play?

Watch the first treatment carefully and stop the moment the exclamation mark appears, or the procedure resets from the beginning. After reviving the patient, move into the brain operation and cut into the marked area with a scalpel. Remove the microbes from her brain and finish the medical part. Next, head to the dress-up screen and style the girl with a fresh outfit after the surgery.
