How to play?

Wipe away the mucus from one nostril. Parasites inside her nose must be pulled out with the special instrument. Rinsing the area washes away what remains. Another assignment follows after the treatment. Dress the birthday girl in a fresh outfit. Her hair also needs a new style before the party, and a smile returns once both jobs are done.
