Wicked High students have seen enough trouble already. After a clash with Uma, Ursula's daughter from the Isle of the Lost, Mel ends up injured and stuck in the hospital. Descendants Wiched Highschool Hospital Recovery follows her treatment after the fight, with bandaged skin, fresh cuts, and pain that needs quick care before she can leave the ward.

Wipe away the dirt around Mel's injuries, then disinfect the damaged spots before infection spreads. Medical tools appear one after another, and each one treats a different problem on her body.
