How to play?

In front of you, large heads appear with teeth covered in gunk, which you scrub with a brush and whitening paste. Pick the right cleaning material for the patient, because using the wrong one ends the round. When the goblin shows up, spread dirt across those teeth, since that patient wants them black instead of white. Obstacles interrupt the brushing path, so steer around them and finish the mouth to raise your score.
