Summer Grill

Outdoor barbecue has a different taste than meat cooked inside, and Summer Grill walks through that process from the prep table forward. Fire alone won't make kebabs taste right. Good cuts and proper prep do the work. Onion comes first, since the meat is cooked with it. Trim the ends, then slice the onion into thick rings to hold in as much juice as possible.

How to play?

Follow the blue arrow and move the cursor across the onion to slice it. Then cut the eggplant the same way. It adds an unusual note to the food you're preparing for today's barbecue.
