Mage Castle Idle Defense

"Mage's Castle: Idle Defense" is a strategy game about a powerful mage who single-handedly defends his tower against endless waves of enemies and massive bosses. Enemies come wave after wave, and your task is to keep them from reaching the castle. With every battle, the mage grows stronger: new spells are unlocked, runes and skills are upgraded, and attack, defense, speed, range, and health are improved. By combining abilities, you can devise tactics against particularly dangerous foes, while bosses require a thoughtful approach and the skillful use of your entire arsenal.

How to play?

Fend off waves of enemies, preventing them from reaching the castle. Collect coins from defeated enemies and immediately invest them in upgrades right in the middle of battle. Gather souls from powerful enemies and spend them after the battle on permanent upgrades. It’s important to understand the difference between the two types of currency. Coins are earned in battle and spent on upgrades during the fight, but after a defeat, all progress purchased with coins is reset. Souls drop from stronger enemies and are spent on the same upgrades after the battle—they remain with you forever. You receive gems for completing quests and spend them on rune slots, the bonuses from which are also not lost upon defeat. Insert runes into slots and combine spells to find tactics against specific enemy types. After each battle, if you defeat more waves than last time, your level increases and you receive spell scrolls—these are especially helpful in boss fights. There are seven locations in total, each unlocked after completing the previous one’s quest. When a boss appears, use all available spell scrolls. Collect mage skins for customization and progress through the seven locations, completing the quests in each one.
