Builder Simulator: Residential Complex

Concrete mixers idle beside half-built towers in Builder Simulator: Residential Complex. You work through ten timed jobs on a growing housing site. One contract has you hauling supplies across the lot. Another puts a house together in visible sections. Star ratings rise when you roll into the marked parking area with more time left. Trucks and crane rigs share the same work zone. Finished plots add new homes, building up a town away from the city.

How to play?

Grip the crane controls to extend the boom, raise it, and swing it above the target spot. Green arrows guide your truck along the route to the parking space. A short boom means removing the interlocks and driving the machine closer. Set the foundation first. The frame goes on next. Lower the roof into place to complete the house and move on to the next contract.
