Save the Cowboy

Ropes hang from the stable beams. Bound prisoners wait beneath them in Save the Cowboy after the townspeople have already passed judgment and left the captured cowboys to die. Rescue falls to a lone archer with a strong bow and heavy arrows. Each man dangles in plain sight. One bad shot drives a point into the body instead of the cord.

How to play?

Aim above each captive and cut the line before his timer runs out. Arrow supply is limited, which makes every release worth judging by height and angle. Hit the rope cleanly to free the cowboy and finish the stage. Miss too often or strike a prisoner, and the attempt ends there. Twenty-one stages wait ahead, and passing the early rescues leads to tighter setups on later shots.
