Upupa Bird Ninja

Upupa Bird Ninja is a fast, tactical action game from Clockwork Acorn. You play as Upupa, a hoopoe ninja climbing an ancient tower to bring down monsters and stop an evil threat. Each room demands quick cuts and smart routing. Reaching the exit isn't enough. You have to earn your way forward. Inspired by Disc Room, this bird action game has its own identity. Boss fights pit you against a giant centipede, a green gunner that fires brains, and other hostile creatures. Speedrunners can clock runs at around half an hour. It's playable in your browser and on Windows. The developers still update it. A full version, Feather's Edge, is already on Steam.

How to play?

Aim at an enemy, then dash straight through it to slice your path open. Every dash doubles as your attack. That means your route decides your safety. Cut through waves of enemies, climb row by row, and adapt to each boss pattern. You'll grasp the controls right away. Mastering the tower takes much longer.
