A parallel dimension stretches past the walls. Mutants roam the passages. Black babies drift through the rooms. Faceless mannequins stand in the gloom. Part of the roster exists to rattle your nerves. The deadlier entities are already hunting.

How to play?

Move through each room with care. Sound works as your guide here. Follow audio clues to judge which passage is occupied before choosing a door. Doorways decide progression, and the correct exit pushes the run into the next area. Back away when a figure exists only to frighten. Break line of sight fast when a hunter enters the corridor. One wrong route ends the attempt.
