The route in Backrooms 3: Boss Fight leads past the office maze into a twilight city beyond our world. A huge monster waits in those streets, dragging long arms beneath a grotesque head and hunting anyone pulled here by curiosity.

How to play?

Search the area for five switches and activate each one under pursuit. When the boss closes the distance, hit it with the siren to stun it for a moment. You only get a short gap after each blast. Use that pause to reach another switch before the creature recovers.
