After the spa step, one child needs ear treatment while the other needs help with a sore throat. The care routine moves from cleanup to medical tools, with separate problems for both twins.

How to play?

Tap through the nursery screens to move from the bathroom to the treatment area. Drag the right ear pieces onto the matching outline until the first girl's ear is fixed. On the throat screen, use the tool to remove the germs blocking the second girl's mouth. When a task is done, switch to the next care step and finish the full routine for both babies.
