If they meet all the tasks, fill the progress bar, and stay in the majority before the number of imposters, then the crewmate wins. If the traitors kill most crew members, then the bad guys win.

You will always play as a traitor in the "Russian Among Us: Single Edition: Single Mode" game. Before starting the game, you must choose a skin for your imposter, a hat, and a pet. Then enter your nickname and set up game options: kill distance, kill rollback, running speed, and several quests for your crew members. As an imposter, you can move around the vent. Only traitors can do this, so be careful not to get caught by other players while moving through the vent system.

Your task is to kill as many other players as possible. Just make sure you don't get caught in the act of killing.
