How to play?

Chop down trees and collect firewood. Then build a fire before dark and keep adding wood to it. If the fire goes out, fog will quickly cover the area, and you will no longer be able to see who is moving among the trees. Use the items you find to craft. Go to the workbench and assemble new items from the resources you have gathered. Upgrade your axe to chop down trees faster and defend yourself more effectively if a monster suddenly appears nearby. At the same time, collect edible plants and keep your hero healthy. Move around and keep an eye on the distance from the campfire. If you go too far, return immediately, because shadows move faster in the deeper parts of the forest. Hide by the fire when you hear the footsteps of a bloodthirsty deer, and run towards the light if it has already spotted you. After all, the forest does not forgive long delays in the dark. Examine your surroundings and look for traces of your friend: broken branches, abandoned items, new paths. Once you have gathered resources and figured out the route, try to escape.
