Snakes and Ladders

Race your token across a numbered board while dice rolls push you forward or send you back. In Snakes and Ladders, players chase the final square and try to leave friends behind. Up to six people can sit in, but three players already turn it into a steady multiplayer race. Roll a standard die and move from one to six spaces, exactly matching the number that comes up. Hit the base of a ladder and jump ahead along its full length in a single move. Land on a snake's head and slide down to its tail, losing the ground you just gained. Roll a six and stay at the dice for one extra throw, which can create big leaps across the track of numbered tiles.

How to play?

Pick a different colored token for each person so turns stay clear. Place every piece on the starting square before the first throw. Decide who rolls first in any way you like, then follow clockwise order to keep the round moving. Count each step out loud while moving the token so everyone sees the exact position. Stop immediately when the piece reaches the last square; that player wins, and the others can keep rolling if they want to finish their runs.
